Christine Bundi's story is one that embodies the very essence of what LaFamilia Hope Initiative stands for. She was among the very first three girls who joined the program when it started in 2012.
Growing up in Kibagare slum, Christine faced challenges that would have derailed many. But through the mentorship, Bible study sessions, and continuous support from LaFamilia, she found the strength and motivation to pursue her education.
Fast forward to today, and Christine holds a degree in Event Planning. Her journey from the narrow streets of Kibagare to a university graduate is nothing short of miraculous.
"LaFamilia gave me hope when I had none," Christine shares. "The mentors believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. They showed me that my circumstances don't define my future."
